Another unusual award has been given to a football player in the Norwegian top league.
According to QOL.az, in the 3rd round, "Bryne" won 3:1 against "Haugesund" at their home ground.
Aksel Krüger, who scored the first goal for "Bryne", was chosen as the player of the match. The 28-year-old defender was awarded a lamb as a prize.
These unusual awards indicate that meat and milk production in agriculture prevail in the city of the same name where the club is represented. Last month, Bryne also gave eggs and milk to the best players selected. There are even VIP tickets on sale for fans to watch the game from a tractor in the stadium.
