According to the Azerbaijan Sailing Federation, given to Idman.biz, the competition is organized for preparation for the European and World Championships and will last for 3 days.
The "Victory Cup" is held in the "Optimist A" and "ILCA4" classes. At the same time, athletes competing in the "Optimist B" class gain their first competition experience.
