The position of Azerbaijani clubs in the UEFA ranking has been determined.
According to "Report", the best result among our representatives belongs to "Qarabagh", which is currently in 69th place.
Qurban Qurbanov's team is ahead of clubs such as "Athletic" (Spain), "Freiburg" (Germany), "Anderlecht" (Belgium), "Besiktas" (Turkey), "Newcastle" and "Brighton" (both England). In the list compiled based on the results of the last 5 seasons, Aghdam's representative has 32,000 points.
Among other Azerbaijani clubs, "Neftchi" (8,000 points) is 187th, "Zira" (4,000 points) 318th, "Sabah" (4,000 points) 319th, "Sumgayit" (4,000 points) 323rd, "Gabala" (3,000 points) 337th, and "Shamakhi" (2,500 points), formerly known as "Inter" and "Keshla", is in 338th place.
It should be noted that "Real", the Spanish representative, is at the top of the list of 427 European clubs with 143,500 points. "Manchester City" (137,750 points) from England is second, and "Bayern" (135,250 points) from Germany is third.
