The "Respect Forum 2025" event organized by UEFA was held in Zurich, Switzerland.
İdman.biz reports that AFFA was represented at the forum, which was held at the "Letzigrund" stadium, which will host several matches of the European Women's Championship this year, by Zahra Valizade, a leading specialist of the Infrastructure Department.
Participants were divided into 17 different working groups, and each group discussed a specific area of sustainability, working on innovative and practical solutions. Zahra Valizade took part in the working table called "Smart and Welcoming Stadiums", and participated in discussions on topics such as accessibility, technology integration, inclusiveness and improving the fan experience in modern stadiums. Approaches to stadiums operating not only for sports events, but also as social unifying spaces, the application of green technologies and ways to create a safer, inclusive infrastructure were exchanged.
The forum provided information on the goals for 2021–2030 within the framework of UEFA's social and environmental sustainability strategy, as well as the "FootbALL" program implemented based on the "Strength Through Unity" strategy and the newly introduced digital platform within this program.
