Denis Glushakov, the former football player of "Khimki," representing the Moscow region, commented on the situation with the club's salary debts. Sport24.az reports that he spoke about this on the "He is Football" program broadcast on the YouTube channel:
"It has never happened that Tufan Sadigov cheated anyone at the club; he always paid his debts. But he got into a situation where everything piled up, and all accounts were closed. I don't know if he wants to stay at Khimki. When the bank accounts are opened, he will pay off all the debts," he said.
It should be noted that the Khimki players boycotted training before the match against Zenit in the 25th round of the Russian Championship due to not receiving their salaries. After a meeting between Alexander Alaev, the president of the Russian Professional League, and the players, the debts for December 2024 were paid.
