"Xilasedici," the team that won the bronze medals of the Azerbaijan High League among male volleyball players in the past season, has parted ways with six players.
İdman.biz reports that the club's manager, Onat Kurt, informed AZERTAC about this.
According to him, Serbian Aleksandar Tumbas, Ukrainian Bohdan Mazenko, Russian Alexander Popleteev, Ivan Volodin, as well as Turkish volleyball players Onurcan Çakır and Serhat Coşqun have left the team. The contracts with the volleyball players that have expired have not been renewed.
The functionary noted that negotiations are underway to extend the contract terms with Cuban Gustavo Almora and Mongolian Batsuuri Battur.
