PSG today demanded in court the lifting of the €55 million seizure that former striker Kylian Mbappe is trying to obtain from the club.
İdman.biz reports that the French press reported this.
In early April 2025, Mbappe secured a €55 million seizure he was seeking from the French team for unpaid wages and bonuses. But the Parisians assured the court that it was not they who owed the forward, but Mbappe who owed the club.
At a hearing on Monday, PSG's lawyers said that Kylian had not presented enough evidence. PSG claims that the two sides reached a verbal agreement in the summer of 2023, which stipulated that the player, who left without compensation, would waive part of the amounts due at the end of his contract.
Now PSG is claiming €98 million in image rights from Mbappe
