Former head coach of "Milan" and "Real" Fabio Capello has announced his nominee for the Ballon d'Or in the 2024/2025 season. Sport24.az reports that he made this statement on "El Partidazo de COPE":
"There are indeed few great players at the moment. However, there are players I like. If we are talking about my vote for the Ballon d'Or, I would now give it to Lamine Yamal and put him in first place."
It should be noted that 17-year-old Yamal has been playing in the main team of "Barcelona" since 2023. In the current season, he has scored 16 goals and provided 24 assists in 52 appearances.
