Chairman of the AFFA Referees Committee, Frank De Bleker, reported on the progress of the season at the meeting of the Executive Committee. He admitted that there were some refereeing errors in the matches of the Azerbaijan Premier League and the national cup. However, he assessed the fact that referees made more than 87 percent correct decisions on the field without the help of VAR until the 28th round of the championship as a good result. Frank De Bleker said that the games in the championship will be more intense towards the end of the season, and that they will do their best to ensure that the referees are ready for this. The Chairman of the AFFA Referees Committee answered the questions of the members of the Executive Committee and listened to their suggestions.
The AFFA Executive Committee reviewed the appeal of Tahir Suleymanov, President of the Baku Football Federation. In accordance with the Football Development Strategy, the AFFA Secretariat was instructed to prepare a presentation on the details of the appeal.
