The 58th Memorial tournament in memory of the 3rd world champion Jose Raul Capablanca is being held in the city of Matanzas, Cuba.
Idman.biz reports that Azerbaijani chess player Azer Mirzaev is also participating in the competition.
He has shown a 100% result after four rounds, defeating representatives of Mexico and Cuba. Two more grandmasters are included in the group of leaders.
A total of 119 chess players are participating in the tournament.
