The third day of the professional development program organized by the Azerbaijan Judo Federation (ACF) in Sheki for judo coaches of the north-western region has passed.
Idman.biz reports that Orkhan Oruczade, Head of the Education Department of ACF, provided detailed information to the participants about the process of licensing clubs and certifying coaches.
Later, a seminar was held on "Promoting Judo Values and Culture". The event discussed the core values of judo — respect, humility, courage and self-control — instilling these principles in young people, and the role of this sport as a means of cultural heritage and social education. The session generally emphasized the importance of judo in promoting a healthy lifestyle, ethical behavior and civic responsibility.
The practical part of the day was dedicated to "te-waza" — hand techniques.
