Former Argentine national team player, 1978 World Cup winner Luis Galvan has passed away.
QOL.az reports that he died at the age of 78. The Argentine Football Federation has also confirmed the information.
Galvan is a graduate of the Talleres de Cordoba club. He spent most of his career with this team. L. Galvan also played for the clubs Loma Negra, Belgrano, and Bolivar.
He played 34 matches for the Argentine national team between 1975 and 1983 and won the 1978 World Cup with the team.
