Vinicius Junior, the Brazilian national team and Real Madrid player, is close to extending his contract with the Spanish club.
Idman.biz reports that the Madrid representative's agreement with the 24-year-old winger will run until 2030.
His current contract expires in the summer of 2027. The financial terms have been improved in the new contract, and Vinicius will earn more.
However, the winger also faces a 2-year disqualification threat. FIFA considers him suspicious in conflict of interest. This is because Vinicius owns several football clubs. If the suspicions are confirmed, Junior will receive a two-year penalty.
It should be noted that Vinicius has scored 20 goals and 14 assists in 46 matches this season.
