The existing relations between "Qarabağ" Football Club and "Udinese," one of Italy's rooted clubs, are transforming into a strategic partnership.
"Report" reports that the press service of the Aghdam representative has released information about this.
Based on negotiations held between the parties for some time, cooperation in various directions is planned. As the initial stage of cooperation, the main focus is on the exchange of knowledge and experience between academies.
According to the agreement, "Qarabağ" Academy players will periodically participate in training camps at the "Udinese" club, which will significantly contribute to their development at the international level. This step is of particular importance in terms of young players gaining European experience and technical and tactical development.
The personal initiative and approaches of the club's president, Tahir Gozal, played a special role in establishing this important cooperation. Tahir Bey's friendly relations with the Pozzo family, who own the "Udinese" club, laid the foundation for this strategic partnership. Gozal's plans for the future of the club, his emphasis on the development of young people, and the steps he has taken to strengthen "Qarabağ"'s international image have made this cooperation possible.
Practical cooperation will start from the beginning of the new season, as the summer break begins in the lower age group leagues as well as in the main leagues, and academy members will travel to Italy. Relations between the two clubs will not be limited to the academy level. In the future, mutual exchange of experience between coaches and club functionaries, sharing of experience in various departments, and implementation of joint projects are also planned.
