According to the source, the leadership of Ligue 1 wants to introduce a play-off stage to determine the national champion. The possible plan is for the top four teams to hold a mini-tournament for the title after the season ends.
Although the proposal was positively received by some clubs, it is not known what PSJ's reaction to this will be.
Note that the Paris club became the French champion for the fourth time in a row in the 2024/25 season.
