Trust in head coaches is very low in the world's leading football leagues.
Idman.biz reports that this is included in the CIES report.
The organization conducted a study of 65 leagues on the planet. 75.3 percent of the experts currently in charge in these championships have worked in their current club for less than 1 year.
The Misli Premier League was also among the competitions studied. The indicator in the Azerbaijani championship is worse than the average. In our country, 80 percent of experts have not completed 1 year in their position.
In only two of the 10 clubs - Gurban Gurbanov in "Garabagh" and Rashad Sadygov in "Zira" - have worked for a long time. For this reason, there is no head coach working in our Premier League for between 1-2 or 2-3 years.
The average number for the retention of coaches in our championship is also known. Premier League clubs have kept their head coach in their position for an average of 483 days. But this average was made possible thanks to Gurbanov and Sadygov. They have been in their positions since 2008 and 2020, respectively.
The most deplorable situation is in Costa Rica, Mexico and Ecuador. Not a single head coach in the championships of these countries has remained in his post for more than 1 year. Australia, on the other hand, is the first in the opposite sense. Here, 30.8 percent of experts have been appointed in the last year.
The Bundesliga is the record holder for the duration of head coaches in their positions. In Germany, each expert has been in office for an average of 797 days. In Costa Rica, this number is equal to 88 days.
It should be noted that the 2nd leagues of Germany and Denmark are ahead in terms of the number of those who have been in their positions for at least 3 years. In these championships, 33.3 percent of the experts have been in their positions for more than 3 years.
