Real Madrid head coach Carlo Ancelotti has confirmed that he received an offer to lead the Brazilian national team.
According to Lent.az, citing foreign media, he stated that he strives to work every day, and therefore did not accept the offer.
"I refused because I didn't feel like what I wanted. I really enjoy being at the base every day, preparing for training.
Working in the national team seems like an unfinished job to me, so I would lose some of my enthusiasm. That's the reason," said Ancelotti.
As is known, Dorival Junior left the post of head coach of the Brazilian national team some time ago. Under his leadership, the team played 16 matches, winning seven. He also has six draws and three losses on his record.
