The Azerbaijani national team of juniors in group exercises won two bronze medals on the final day of the European Cup in rhythmic gymnastics held in Baku.
Idman.biz reports that the team consisting of Nazrin Abdullayeva, Ayan Nasirva, Nazrin Salmanli, Ilaha Bahadirova, Shams Muvaffagi, and Nilufar Oruclu won bronze medals in two finals - in exercises with five hoops, as well as with five pairs of clubs.
Currently, the Azerbaijani team has five awards. Previously, the team consisting of Laman Alimuradova, Darya Sorokina, Yelizaveta Luzan, Gullu Agalarzade, Kamilla Aliyeva, and Sofia Mammadova rose to the podium twice. Gymnasts won gold in exercises with three balls and two hoops, and bronze in all-around. In addition, Shams Agahuseynova was third in the junior ribbon exercise.
