Idman.biz reports that the midfielder of the capital's representative, in a statement to "Report," spoke about the victory over "Turan Tovuz" in the XXXIII round:
"Turan Tovuz" is a team made up of strong football players. Thank God we managed to win. Overall, the season was very difficult. We faced tough opponents. We suffered during the season and secured second place after a fierce battle. I think it was an interesting competition. There are still 3 rounds ahead. We want to finish our next matches with a victory as well."
The midfielder said he believes his team will perform successfully in the European Cups:
"We can already think about the European Cups. Of course, regardless of the identity of the opponents, we will go out to the field to win. Last year we advanced to the play-off stage and achieved a successful result. This time we want to do more. It would be great if we qualified for the league stage. I think we have the experience for this. The squad has already strengthened, and the players know each other well on the field."
