İdman.biz reports that this was stated to AZERTAC by Qarabağ's Polish goalkeeper Mateusz Kochanowski, while talking about the 3:0 victory against Araz-Nakhchivan in the second leg of the semi-final stage of the Azerbaijan Cup.
He stated that the Nakhchivan club is a good team: "The opponent fought until the end on the field. But I am happy that we won 3:0. Yes, there were two different halves. But we fought well. It is very important for us to win every match. This gives the team a high morale."
The 24-year-old goalkeeper said that they are having a good season: "We are heading towards the championship in the league, we qualified for the final of the Azerbaijan Cup. Kochanowski emphasized that he is happy at the Aghdam club: "I have another two-year contract with the team. Right now, I am focusing all my thoughts on the successes I want to achieve here."
It should be noted that Qarabağ defeated the Nakhchivan representative with a score of 3:1 based on the results of two matches and qualified for the final.
